Delivery & Collection Options

Delivery

Whether you want a garden bench delivered locally or a “natural bee hive” made from a 3 tonne oak trunk delivered to the Natural History Museum, NPWP offers a variety of delivery options using local and national delivery companies to best suit the product(s) you have ordered and their destination.

It is very important we understand your delivery requirements to deliver your order safely. Please advise us of your postcode and location so we can quote a delivery cost for you accurately at time of ordering.

Please be aware that we can provide a 'kerbside delivery' service only. If you require any products moving from the kerbside, for example into a garden or a house, this is something you will need to arrange yourself.

It is worth remembering that wood products are very heavy, so it is imperative to have suitable equipment and/or that sufficient people are available to move your product(s) to its final destination.

Collection

We are always happy for you to collect either timber or products from NPWP during our normal working hours. We are always able to provide assistance in loading your vehicle.

It is worth remembering that wood products are very heavy, so it is imperative to have suitable equipment and/or sufficient people are available to unload when you reach your destination.

There are 3 routes vehicles can approach the sawmill, only one is suitable for heavy (over 2 tonne) and wider vehicles. Please see the contact us page for a map and directions.

Installation

As a small business, we regret that at this time we are unable to provide an installation service.

Storage

Norbury Park Sawmill is located on a relatively small site and storage space is at a premium. We request that all customers, especially those who have used our milling services, collect their order as soon as possible as we are unable to store items.
